What is the credit score needed to buy a foreclosure

I want to buy a foreclosure but my credit scores with Equifax, TransUnion and Experian are all very low... Under 590 FICO. I need to know what score you need to qualify for a home loan with a major bank like Bank of america or Chase? I have lots of income and so does my spouse but our credit scores suck.
