What can I do to stop junk mail?

I receive way too much junk mail. It clogs up my ***** mailbox and im sick of it. Walmart, sears, jiffylube and publix are paying people to cut down forests so they can print this shit and spam me physically. How the ***** can I stomp on the bastards nuts?
