I had 4 foreclosures in my credit report the bank is already passed the houses and appear in the curt legal descrition, as the bank owing those properties knows. If I send the credit report that the bank owes that home know would they delete those foreclosure from my credit report. Please reply
No Esteban, unfortunately they are scheduled to stay on your credit reports for seven years from the date of last activity. They will only delete inaccurate information so by sending proof that the bank has sold the properties would only verify that the foreclosure’s are accurate. If you challenge the foreclosures that they are inaccurate it is possible they are removed if the creditor does not verify them within 30 days. If you are persistent like my company Credit Assistance Network; you have a good chance of clearing them from your reports. Was this the answer you were looking for?
