Is spousal maintnence exempt from garnishment?

Is my spousal maintanence settlement of $80,000, excempt from collection from unsecured creditor with judgement lien against me? (can they legaly levy my bank account or am I excempt, my bank account was opened in colorado but I bank from thier Oregon branch, so I need to know the laws for both states, I live in Oregon.) I am a 60 year old disabled woman with no other income or assets. This is all the money I will have for the rest of my life.Christine
