I need bankruptcy advice (for free)

Does anyone know what the requirements are to file chapter 7 bankruptcy in the state of Florida? I heard there was a means test and if you make too much money you will be forced through a chapter 13 repayment bankruptcy plan. I have talked to a friend that had a horrible experience and Im trying to avoid the same scenerio.

I would say chapter 13 repayment bankruptcy plan will be better. :D
