Guaranteed credit card that report to all 3 credit reports

I filed bankruptcy and have a variety of major credit problems. I want a card that I can get approved for regardless of my past credit history. I am trying to rebuild slowly and I am tired of being turned down for credit cards. The only card I have been able to score is a walmart prepaid, thats really annoying to me.
