Debt responsibility after divorce question...

I have bad credit. I was married but now am divorced. My credit report contains joint accounts as well as my individual accounts. My question is since the divorce am i still responsible for debt that my ex is responsible for according to the divorce decree? How can i fix this?

The divorce decree superceeds everything. You will need to dispute the negative items with Equifax, TransUnion and Experian; probably more than once. You will find this to be a tedious frustrating process.
