Buffaloe Associates Lawsuit

I received a letter in the mail from tBuffaloe & Associates stating that they were preparing sue me on behalf of a company called RAB Performance Recoveries LLC. I have no knowledge of any debt being owed to either company. I sent B & A a letter requesting that the debit be validated and all corresponding records be copied to me. They in turn told me that they had requested the paperwork and that I should bring it with me to court.

How can someone sue me for a debt I know nothing about? Any advice on what I should do now?

@propp: ask him to send you all the records that you have and check all the record will provide by the company and get help from any legal adviser. If you don’t know about this debt then don't worries they do nothing in court without proves.
